Welcome to Kebazi. By accessing or using our platform, mobile application, and integrated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the platform.

1. Eligibility and Age Restrictions

Kebazi is an adult community and commercial ecosystem. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account, participate in the community, list vendor items, register for courses, or purchase tickets. By creating an account, you warrant and represent that you are at least 18 years old.

2. User Accounts and Platform Security

• Account Responsibility: You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account details updated.

3. User-Generated Content and Community Guidelines

Kebazi provides interactive features, including user blogs, stories, discussion spaces, and group feeds. While we advocate for open communication, Kebazi is not a forum for absolute, unrestricted speech.

Prohibited Content Actions

You strictly agree not to post, upload, transmit, or share any content that:

• Constitutes harassment, bullying, stalking, or targeted abuse of other members.
• Promotes or requests physical, mental, or emotional harm to others.
• Contains pornography, explicit sexual material, or links to such material.
• Knowingly promotes false, deceptive, or fraudulent information as true or likely true.
• Is illegal under the laws of the United States, the State of Texas, or the country in which the content is consumed or sold.

Automated and AI Content

Kebazi is a platform for authentic human connection. The use of automated content creation tools, AI text generators, or bots to mass-produce or automatically publish community posts, stories, or blogs without explicit written authorization from Kebazi is strictly prohibited.

Data Scraping Prohibition

You are strictly prohibited from parsing, harvesting, crawling, or scraping any data, text, personal photos, directory information, or content from Kebazi via automated systems or scripts without the explicit, written permission of the individual data owner and Kebazi administration.

4. Content Moderation and Removal

Kebazi acts as a conscious moderator of its ecosystem. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to review, flag, filter, modify, or permanently remove any user-generated content, vendor listings, courses, or events without prior notice if we believe it violates these Terms or harms the community.

Note on Removal: While Kebazi reserves the right to remove content instantly and without warning, we may, at our sole discretion, choose to provide the offending user with a written explanation detailing why the content was removed.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

• Platform Content: The Kebazi interface, design, layout, logos, and system code are the property of lesreD, LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws.
• User Content: You retain ownership of the text, media, and blogs you post to the community. By posting content, you grant Kebazi a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute your content within the platform framework.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, lesreD, LLC, its directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to, use of, or inability to use the platform, or the conduct of any third-party sellers, instructors, or members on the site.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any disputes arising out of or related to them shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Texas for the resolution of any legal actions.

Profile & Community Data

• Personal photos, job titles, and any biographical information you choose to display.
• Information Revealing Racial or Ethnic Origin: Due to the cultural and community nature of Kebazi, users may voluntarily share or display information revealing their race or ethnic origin through community profile fields, forum discussions, blogs, or stories.

Technical & Usage Data

• IP addresses, browser and device characteristics, operating systems, language preferences, referring URLs, device names, and platform log/usage data generated automatically when you navigate the site.

2. How We Use Your Information

We process your personal data for legitimate business purposes, including:

• Account Management: Creating, maintaining, and securing your community profile.
• Marketplace Fulfillment: Processing transactions, managing vendor orders, and coordinating payouts.
• Platform Security: Monitoring for fraudulent activity, enforcing our Terms of Service, and protecting our technical infrastructure.
• Communication: Sending account updates, purchase receipts, and operational alerts based on your preferences.

3. Data Sharing and Third-Party Disclosures

Our position on user data privacy is strict: We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third-party marketers.

• No Analytics Sharing: We do not share your site usage analytics or tracking data with third-party marketing tools or data brokers. Your platform behavior remains private.
• Essential Service Providers: We only share data with essential third parties necessary to operate the platform. This includes secure payment processors (to handle ticket, course, and marketplace sales) and core hosting infrastructure providers. These entities are legally bound to protect your data and use it solely to perform their specific operational services.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by applicable law, government requests, or judicial proceedings to protect the safety, rights, or property of lesreD, LLC, our users, or the public.

4. Data Retention and Security

• Retention: We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as necessary to fulfill the commercial obligations of our marketplace (such as tax reporting for vendor sales).
• Security Infrastructure: We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures, including encryption and secure authentication architectures, to safeguard your data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration.

Specific Disclosures for EU/EEA Residents (GDPR Compliance)

If you are located within the European Union or the European Economic Area, you possess specific statutory rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

• Lawful Basis for Processing: We process standard account and transaction data based on “Contractual Necessity” to fulfill your purchases, course enrollments, and store management. We process platform technical logs based on our “Legitimate Interest” to secure the platform against fraud.
• Consent for Special Category Data: We only process data revealing racial or ethnic origin based on your explicit, freely given, and affirmative consent. You maintain the right to withdraw this consent at any time by clearing those voluntary fields in your profile or contacting us.
• Your Data Rights: You have the right to access a machine-readable export of the data we hold about you, the right to restrict processing, the right to rectify inaccuracies, and the right to request total erasure of your personal data (“Right to be Forgotten”) from our ecosystem, except where retention is legally mandated for corporate tax and financial auditing purposes.
